It is a convenient stop of for those going north and south and is also within easy reach of some of Scotlands major attraction incuding, Glen Coe, Loch Lomond, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Pitlochry and the Tay Valley.
Callander is full of four star guest houses. Some offer wonderful accommodation, whilst others offer great food or a lively bar, and whilst The Crags is at present only a three star, it comfortably competes with anything on offer in Callander and offers more than most. We can confidently say that The Crags is the only hotel in Callander where you will find homemade food, a lively and friendly bar and excellent quality beds.
Anyone who has been to stay with us before will be pleasantly surprised to see some of the improvements we have made recently, including the introduction of top of the range brass beds to some of our rooms and the renovation of certain areas, including the dining room, the new snug bar and our new family bedroom.
